Defensive Carry: Texan Permit Holder Shoots Criminal

A law abiding citizen and permit holder shot and killed an armed robber this weekend in what is being labeled a justified homicide based on self defense.

Two armed criminals approached the man around 1 a.m. this past Friday with the intent to rob the vicitim. Unsurprisingly (it is Texas after all) the would be victim was able to draw his defensive handgun and shoot both criminals before they had a chance to harm him.

Both criminals were shot with one being pronounced dead on the scene and to other, injured, was found a short while later.

Yet another example of how vital defensive firearms are and another law abiding citizen that is alive and healthy today because of his active choice to ensure his own defense.
