More and More Voters Oppose Gun Control
A recent pole conducted by Rasmussen Reports confirms that most voters shun the idea of the federal government having additional say on gun ownership and don’t like a country in which only the government has access to firearms.
The survey found that just 34% of likely US voters believe laws regarding the ownership of guns should be the responsibility of the federal government. That is down four points from a high of 38% law December. 36% believe that gun ownership is a state government responsibility, while 18% want it in the hands of the local government.
The way to continue this trend is to speak with your vote. Contact your representatives and tell them what you want!
